Technical Records Specialist 1 position.
Are you looking for:
The Department of Insurance (DOI) is seeking a Technical Records Specialist 1 in the Licensing section. Ideal candidates are those who are detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with excellent customer service skills! The selected candidate will be one of the four key players working with the Licensing Supervisor in the Company Activities Bureau.
This Technical Records Specialist 1 position works with insurance professionals submitting applications or renewing licenses via an electronic system for over twelve different license types; assists vendors in maintaining compliant continuing education courses; provides information and education to customers on Licensing protocols and procedures in a professional and courteous manner.
All positions in this section are cross-trained, which helps build skills and confidence to support the Licensing team and Idahoans. Each team member performs work independently answering questions from insurance professionals by phone, email, etc. This role will have the support of a strong, cohesive team. The agency encourages staff growth and development as motivated staff members are encourages to take paid trainings to receive industry related designations.
