The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Division at the Idaho Department of Labor has an exciting opportunity for two full-time positions for the UI Claims Adjudicator. The successful applicants will work with the adjudication team, adjudicating a caseload and determining eligibility for unemployed workers. These positions are instrumental in administering benefits for UI claims, managing UI cases, and ensuring compliance with laws. The ideal candidates will have an analytical approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and on a team. These positions are located in Boise, and may be eligible to telework within the area, according to current policy.
