The Office of Communication has an opening for a Public Records Request Coordinator (Government Liaison Specialist classification). This position will support the Department in its relations with the public and act as a liaison. The primary emphasis of this position is public record requests (PRR), while also assisting with record retention.
Public record requests are increasing exponentially. As a Department that touches every Idaho resident's life, this business area is even more impactful. This position will address this growing need by ensuring proper processing and fulfilling of public record requests.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, works well in a team-based atmosphere, is a self-motivated problem-solver, and is highly organized.
