Summary:
To offer technical expertise in managing the agency's Learning Management System (LMS) and perform related tasks. This position will support IDOC’s training team and report directly to IDOC’s Training Technology Program Supervisor.

This position requires occasional statewide travel; may supervise internal and/or contract staff; responding to questions or emergencies after hours and on weekends; require minimal physical activity; and a low risk of exposure to hazardous materials (oleoresin capsicum). May have limited contact with IDOC Residents and Clients under IDOC Supervision.
