Are you interested in transforming our healthcare system from one that pays for quantity to one that values quality? The Bureau of Population Health in the Division of Medicaid is seeking a Program Manager to manage value-based initiatives including the Healthy Connections Value Care program. We are searching for individuals with exceptional critical thinking skills; communication and interpersonal skills; problem solving skills; and the ability to exercise good judgment within a context of competing priorities, agendas, and partner sensitivities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, project management, quality management, and compliance. We are seeking an individual who is adept at cultivating strong stakeholder relations and implementing value-based care initiatives. This position will report to the Division’s Quality Director and will work closely with colleagues throughout the Division, as well as with external stakeholders, including leadership from hospitals and primary care organizations.
The Division of Medicaid provides healthcare coverage and services to promote the social, economic, behavioral, and physical health for over 300,000 Idahoans. Idaho Medicaid promotes an outcome-based, efficient health and human services delivery system. Applicants must be Idaho residents or willing to relocate.

This is a statewide position and will report to their nearest DHW location.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training.
