As an Employer Account Specialist (Financial Technician) in the Employer Service Center, you will work directly with PERSI employers to provide accurate and timely information in a professional and meaningful way. You also have the ability to be flexible and manage priorities, have an easy-going attitude, and enjoy working with both internal and external customers.
You will report to the Accounting Manager and be the primary point of contact for PERSI employers. You will work together with the PERSI staff to build stronger relationships with our members at every step of their retirement journey. Additionally, you will be a key contributor in identifying areas to improve service for our membership.
The ideal candidate will have:
A hybrid schedule (combination of in office and telecommute) may be available after the completion of the probationary period.
