The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking two (2) Human Resource Officers. This announcement will be used to fill classified positions located at the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) and the Idaho State Public Defender (SPD) office in Boise, ID. These positions will provide support for multiple agencies and will work collaboratively with the Idaho Division of Human Resources.
Summary:
Recognized expert in the field of Human Resources with significant influence on organization policy, program development, and success. Regularly leads projects of critical importance, often with organization-wide impact. Oversees HR operations of the team for one or more agencies. Primary HR contact for agency appointing authorities on strategic initiatives.
