The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Welfare is currently recruiting for Self-Reliance Specialists to support our Child Support Services. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with holidays off. Successful candidates will need to plan to work in the office in Boise, Twin Falls, Pocatello, or Idaho Falls.
These positions work in high volume, high stress work environments to assist customers for various services related to child support obligations, while meeting and sustaining accuracy and productivity standards. The Child Support Services program works with families via telephone to establish paternity for their children, works with attorneys to get child support orders, if needed, or identifies if orders already exist. They keep financial records of child support obligations, and ensure compliance with court orders by collecting and enforcing child support debts.
This position is not eligible for telework.
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace.
