State Hospital North in Orofino is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 to provide support for our Administration and General administration support to the various functions and departments of the hospital. We are seeking a candidate for this temporary benefited position who excels in a fast-paced team environment and can balance a workload while coordinating multiple priorities. Effective business writing skills are required in this position, as are good knowledge of policies, procedures, and legal ethics. We are seeking a candidate who has good knowledge of office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents, reception, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects.
This is an ongoing announcement which means at the time applicants apply, we may or may not have an opening.
