The Idaho Transportation Department has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) located at the Headquarters building in Boise, Idaho. The DMV supports the Idaho Transportation Department's mission by meeting the needs and expectations of motor vehicle customers and of the County Sheriffs and Assessors who work as our agents by efficiently managing driver's licenses, Ports of Entry, vehicle registrations, vehicle titles, and over legal permits.
This position will support the DMV business units by assisting with pulling budget reports, accounts payable, equipment management, scheduling, office supply management, timesheet assistance, business travel administration and other administrative service requests.
NOTICE: This position will require a fingerprint criminal background investigation before a final job offer is made.
