The Department of Health and Welfare is recruiting an individual with exceptional customer service skills for a Technical Records Specialist 1 position with the Division of Child, Youth and Family Services in our Foster Care Licensing Team. The position is Statewide and can be located at any DHW site. This is a benefits-eligible, full time, classified position. This administrative support staff position requires attention to detail, exemplary customer service and organization skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidates must be personable and professional with excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and have the desire to work in a team environment.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation.
