Join our team of accounting professionals! Division of Management Services is hiring a Budget Analyst (Finacial Specialist Senior classification). Primary responsibilities include annual budget preparation, budget distribution, quarterly budget reviews, financial management support, reviewing grant applications, and preparing expenditure adjustments.
We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and not afraid to tackle big projects. You need to be self-motivated and understand the importance of collaborating and partnering with other stakeholders to achieve greater results. The right candidate is organized, capable of making progress in the absence of complete information and are nimble and adaptive when faced with changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to details, and the ability to develop good working relationships are essential.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation.
This position may work out of any DHW statewide location.
