We are looking for a Consulting Tax Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid property appraisal knowledge and preference given to those candidates with forestland taxation experience.
The Consulting Tax Appraiser serves as liaison and provides technical assistance and direction to county officials in administering property tax laws and rules; evaluate county appraisals for equalization and compliance with appraisal requirements; perform valuation appraisals; perform related work. The ideal candidate will have considerable appraisal experience, demonstrated ability to work independently and possess strong customer service and communication skills. This position will service the Eastern Idaho region. Extensive travel within a designated area of the state and irregular working schedules are required.
