ITD is hiring two Engineer Managers for our District 5 team in Pocatello. One will join the Design/Construction team and the other will join the Maintenance team. These positions will plan, organize, and review the performance of professional and/or technical staff performing road inspection and engineering work; perform professional engineering and related administrative work involving the research, design, construction, and related activities to the project inspection and engineering discipline; and perform related work.
This position may involve some travel with overnight stays. This position may be rotated with the Maintenance Engineer or Materials Manager position.

Licensure:
Good knowledge of state and local government operations pertaining to a specific engineering discipline.
Level I knowledge of management practices.
