IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III (VoIP Administrator)
Summary:
At the Idaho State Police IT Department, we are enhancing our law enforcement and public safety missions through advanced technology. In our Meridian office, we're excited to offer a position for an IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III, focused on VoIP administration. This role is integral to bolstering our communication infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient voice communication.
This position entails managing our VoIP infrastructure's development, implementation, and maintenance. As a specialist in VoIP technology, you will handle installations, troubleshooting, and provide backup support for server administration. Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless communication and supporting IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in VoIP technologies within complex network environments. Your contribution will be key to improving our communication systems and, in turn, supporting the critical operations of the Idaho State Police.
