Project Coordinator - ITIP PMO

The Highways Development Division at the Idaho Transportation Department is seeking a highly motivated professional for a Project Coordinator position. As the statewide subject matter expert for obligation funding requests for highways projects, this position checks multiple sources to assure source documents have been provided, researches sources to identify and resolve problems, and provides statewide guidance and assistance. This position performs the oversight review for processing obligation documents. On average, the position will process approximately $400 Million obligation requests annually in support of the Idaho Transportation Investment Program (ITIP). This position coordinates statewide with district personnel, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Services, the Local Highways Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) personnel and other sections regarding processing obligation requests and applying applicable procedures.
