This position will be reporting to the Headquarters office and will track and monitor motor pool vehicles as well as maintain documentation. The majority of this position is spent indoors, with some outside work.

NOTE: This is a non-benefited temporary position and will require a drivers record review.

*This position may move from temporary to a classified position on entrance probation once they have worked a continuous service of 1040 hours.

ASSIST IN THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:

Motor Pool

  • Complement and Inventory Levels
  • Disposal of vehicles
  • Service Needs
  • New vehicle prep
  • Vehicle transport to and from vendors
  • Registrations, licensing, and titling
  • Assembling vehicle informational binders
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Track and monitor Motor Pool Vehicles
  • General clerical

 Telematics

    • Generate automated reporting as needed

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Knowledge of:

    • Excel
    • Word

    Experience:

    • Using printers and scanners
    • Using small hand tools such as electric screw drivers/crescent wrench etc.

    REQUIRED:

    • Idaho driver’s license
