The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Human Resource Officer. This announcement will be used to fill a classified position located at the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) that will be located at 11331 W. Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID 83714. This position will provide strategic direction and programs to attract and retain talent in partnership with ITD leadership and the Idaho Division of Human Resources.

Regularly leads projects of critical importance, often with organization-wide impact. Oversees HR operations of the team for one or more agencies. Primary HR contact for agency appointing authorities on strategic initiatives.
This is the sixth level in the Human Resource job family. At this level, incumbents will manage a team of human resource professionals and partner with appointing authorities to effectively implement their mission. Provide strategic approaches to human resource issues with agency wide impact. Any issues involving statewide impact or significant risk are elevated to your manager.
