EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Considerable knowledge of current information technology trends and capabilities.
· Typically gained by a bachelor's degree directly related to information technology OR at least four years of work experience in information technology. Education and experience must be within the last five years.
Experience planning, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting network, server, or storage systems.
· Typically met by at least four years of full-time work experience where planning, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network, server or storage systems was part of the primary job responsibilities. Experience must be within the last five years.
Experience resolving network or server problems.
· Typically met by at least four years of full-time work experience (within the last five years) where resolving network or server problems was part of the primary responsibilities.
Experience working with end users to develop and implement information technology solutions for user computing needs in a business environment.
· Typically gained by at least four years of full-time work experience where interviewing and consulting with clients/users to develop and implement solutions to meet computing requirements in a business environment was part of the primary responsibilities. Experience must be within the last five years.
Experience as a technical lead implementing or supporting network, server, or storage systems.
· Typically gained by at least four years of experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert in implementing or supporting network, server, or storage systems. Experience must be within the last five years.
