  • 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week! That mean you work 36hours, and we will pay you for 40! (Increased wage to reflect same value as a 40-hour work week- $22.22-$25.56/ hr.)
  • PLUS! 5% Shift Differential for NOC shift.

The Idaho Division of Veterans Services (IDVS) is recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants at the brand-new state-of-the-art Post Falls Veterans Home.

The Ideal candidate will be compassionate and attentive in order provide exceptional nursing care to our Veterans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides personal patient care for elderly residents. 
  • Answers call lights to determine patients' needs.
  • Takes and records vital signs.
  • Provides personal hygiene care.
  • Lifts, positions, transports, and escorts patients.
  • Assists patients with walking and other body movements. 
  • Feeds patients who require assistance.
  • Implements individual patient treatment plans as outlined by nursing supervisor and health-care team.
  • Records patient care. 
  • Reports changes in physical or mental status to health-care team. 
  • Maintains a safe and sanitary patientcare environment.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Certification:

  • Possession of Nursing Assistant Certification and listed on the Idaho State Nurse Aide Registry
