The Bureau of Criminal Identification is seeking to fill four Technical Records Specialist 1 positions in their Sex Offender Registry Unit. This position provides a variety of records support functions; reviews and processes documents; determines and explains compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policies and takes appropriate action; maintains a manual or computerized records system; performs related work.
PLEASE NOTE: The successful applicant will be required to complete a background investigation and polygraph examination, which includes drug screening. Please review the ISP Drug Policy and ISP Grooming and Appearance Standards. Applicants that have anyone living in their household, or an immediate family member that has ever been on any Sex Offender Registry, are disqualified from this position.
