The Children's Developmental Disabilities (DD) Program is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Records Specialist 1 to join our administrative support team. The Children's DD Program provides case management and authorizes Family Directed Services for children birth to 21 with developmental disabilities. Come help us support Idaho families who are looking for additional supports and services for their children.
Technical Records Specialist 1's will support our Children's DD Program through referral management, intake and discharge processes, contract monitoring support, database management, and processing authorization and notices for a variety of programs.
Our Children's DD Team enjoys: -Sharing knowledge while learning with a variety of team members and providers from different professional backgrounds -Protecting and making a difference for Idaho’s vulnerable populations -Working in a positive environment and culture -Embracing lifelong learning and change.
This is a statewide position and will report to their nearest DHW location.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and subject to termination at any time.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a criminal history background investigation. Employment is dependent upon satisfactory results of the investigation.
