Summary:
The Commission of Pardons and Parole (COPP) is currently recruiting for a full-time Legal Assistant. The successful candidate will serve a very important role in the agency and will be responsible for timely responses to public records requests, reviewing documents for compliance with statutes and IDAPA code, responding to public inquiries regarding COPP processes, and a variety of other important tasks related to the Commission’s hearings for parole, pardon, commutation, and the restoration of firearms rights.
