Administrative Assistant, Consumer Protection Division, Office of the Attorney General

Salary: $26.00 per hour
Primary Duties: Manage incoming calls and direct consumer inquiries to the appropriate party. Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Provide basic administrative support including but not limited to handling incoming mail, organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment and assist with additional duties as assigned or needed.
Minimum Qualifications: The successful applicant must have ability to clearly explain information, actively listen to consumer concerns, communicate solutions in a professional manner, maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations by understanding consumer frustrations and responding with compassion. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. Experience working with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
