The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to oversee operations for the Bureau of Long Term Care.
We are seeking a candidate who can successfully oversee and direct various support functions within the Bureau of Long Term Care that include the statewide inbound call line, managing inbound bureau communications, background system maintenance and monitoring activities, and providing processing support for bureau Nurse Reviewers conducting functional assessments in the field. The successful candidate is able to creatively use data to describe and manage team performance across multiple areas. This position requires sharp critical thinking skills and the candidate will be expected and empowered to make decisions at that level of the organization when appropriate.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training.
