DEDICATED TO STRENGTHENING THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND INDEPENDENCE OF IDAHOANS
Applications will be accepted through 4:59 PM MST on the posting end date.
The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to oversee seven statewide teams of registered nurses.
We are seeking a registered nurse who has a knack for navigating the intersection between clinical judgment and quality assurance, including performance management and oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience using data to inform decision-making, and be able to translate data to performance and vice versa in the context of clinically-oriented assessments and services. The position requires excellent managerial and communication skills to oversee seven individual teams statewide. These teams are responsible for conducting functional assessments in the field for various Medicaid programs and services that support individuals with disabilities and functional limitations. A successful candidate will possess sharp critical thinking skills and be expected and empowered to make decisions at that level of the organization when appropriate.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training.
