Do you have personal or professional experience within or in support of programs serving youth and families and /or the child welfare system? The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has an opening for a Human Services Field Program Manager to serve as the Administrator of the Payette Assessment and Care Center (PACC). The PACC is a 24/7 care facility for children in the Department's custody that is licensed as a Children's Residential Care Facility. This position will be responsible for management of the facility and its employees, as well as oversight of care for the children residing at the center and supervision of processes related to intake and discharge of residents. We are looking for a caring, flexible candidate who can manage a large employee workforce in a facility setting. The ideal candidate has great people skills and a thorough knowledge of the policies, processes and procedures needed to administer this type of facility. The Administrator must be able to respond to emergency situations as necessary.
This position is not eligible for telework.
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace.
