Information Technology Services (ITS) currently has an opening for an IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III in our Chinden office in Boise as part of the Application Hosting Team. The Hosting team hosts and maintains Idaho.gov websites, web-based applications, and off-the-shelf applications. The team is committed to delivering top-notch hosting solutions, ensuring seamless performance, security, and reliability.
This position will administer, troubleshoot, upgrade, design and configure server applications; including systems administration, installation, and maintenance; provide leadership in the design, enhancement, implementation, and consultation of hosted applications. This position will also administer, host, and troubleshoot, Windows Server, IIS, WordPress websites, Apache, .NET Applications, ASPX Applications, Laserfiche, DNS Records, SSL Certificates, and Microsoft O365 applications including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive along with a variety of other off-the-shelf applications and other Hosting related duties as assigned.
Please note: The successful candidates will be required to pass multiple, comprehensive fingerprint-based background checks specific to the agencies ITS supports.
