The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is recruiting for a Financial Specialist with exceptional customer service skills located at our Headquarters location in Boise.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

  • Monitor Local Obligation Authority
  • Update Projects in ITD and FHWA software systems
  • Record FHWA Approvals
  • Record non-formula codes and obligations
  • Maintain and reconcile Excel worksheets
  • Final Obligation Reviews
  • Prioritize Obligation Requests
  • Review and resolve system errors in Idaho Transportation Department systems
  • Customer service; assist internal and external customers with program questions, policy and procedures, and training needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Good knowledge of:

Accounting principles and practices

May require auditing coursework or experience working as an auditor.
