State Hospital West (SHW) in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a dedicated and visionary Hospital Administrator to lead our psychiatric hospital serving adolescents aged 12-17. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, a commitment to compassionate care, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by youth with mental health issues. As the Hospital Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring that SHW meets the highest standards of care, as recognized by our Joint Commission Accreditation. You will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and engage with the community to address the mental health needs of Idaho's youth.
