The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Early Learning & Development is announcing a Human Services Program Specialist position for the Infant Toddler Program. This position will support quality early intervention services to infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. This position will be located in our Central Office in Boise.
The position will be responsible for supporting program management in planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating the statewide early intervention service system, and will perform related work including project management, development of policy interpretation guidance, technical assistance, monitoring, and training. It will also be responsible for planning, facilitating, and conducting the Infant Toddler Coordinating Council, and supporting the Regional Early Childhood Committees. Incumbents will need good critical thinking, interpersonal, mediation and conflict resolution, technical writing, policy research and analysis, group facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation.
