Salary: $33.66 to $36.06 – Depending on Experience.

Location: Boise, Idaho. As Idaho’s capital, Boise serves as headquarters for several major national and international corporations. Boise offers a rich variety of both cultural and recreational opportunities. Idaho’s world-famous fly-fishing, skiing, kayaking and hiking are all within easy access. Housing costs are moderate.

Primary Duties: The candidate for this paralegal position will manage a large caseload of estate recovery matters, communicate with attorneys and family members, prepare correspondence, legal documents, and court filings. Requires legal experience including online filing procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to use database software. Attention to detail with excellent grammar and proofreading skills. Ability to organize and prioritize assignments.

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer 3 years legal experience along with associate degree or paralegal certification and experience with probate, foreclosure, and Time Matters knowledge.
