The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Human Resource Officer. This announcement will be used to fill a classified position located at the Idaho Department of Labor (IDOL) located in Boise, ID. This position will provide support for IDOL and will work collaboratively with the Idaho Division of Human Resources.
Summary:
Recognized expert in the field of Human Resources with significant influence on organization policy, program development, and success. Regularly leads projects of critical importance, often with organization-wide impact. Oversees HR operations of the team for one or more agencies. Primary HR contact for agency appointing authorities on strategic initiatives.
