The Idaho State Tax Commission's Initial Data Operations’ Resource Team unit is looking for a Technical Records Specialist 1 to join our team. This will be located at the Boise office in Boise, Idaho. To be qualified, candidates will need to be comfortable working within an office environment performing a wide range of tasks, such as: Entering, retrieving, and updating data using a computerized records system, processing complex returns and items related to a variety of tax types including phone, email, and letter correspondence with taxpayers and their representatives. The candidate will be comfortable mentoring, training, and presenting to groups of people. Candidates must be able to follow verbal and written procedures ensuring accuracy and compliance with rules, regulations and/or policies. Minimum salary is $16.00 per hour, rate of pay will depend on qualifications and experience.
