The Idaho Division of Veterans Services (IDVS) is recruiting for a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at the brand-new state-of-the-art Post Falls Veterans Home.
The employee in this position will transport residents to and from the facility as necessary during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ours could vary slightly depending on need.
The Ideal candidate will be compassionate and attentive in order to provide exceptional nursing care to our Veterans.

Responsibilities:
- Provides personal patient care for elderly residents.
- Answers call lights to determine patients' needs.
- Takes and records vital signs.
- Provides personal hygiene care.
- Lifts, positions, transports, and escorts patients.
- Assists patients with walking and other body movements.
- Feeds patients who require assistance.
- Implements individual patient treatment plans as outlined by nursing supervisor and health-care team.
- Records patient care.
- Reports changes in physical or mental status to health-care team.
- Maintains a safe and sanitary patientcare environment.
- Transports residents to and from facility
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification:
- Possession of Nursing Assistant Certification and listed on the Idaho State Nurse Aide Registry
