Salary Range: $30.00-$35.00

Employee is a member of a team that is primarily responsible for a cloud-based statewide Enterprise Resource Planning system and its integrations with other cloud-based and on-prem systems. The ideal candidate will have job experience and expertise with the Infor Cloudsuite/Lawson software suite, focusing on Infor OS administration and job management, but also including Finance and Supply Management, Human Resources/Talent Management, Expense Management, Workforce Management. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Employee must also focus on the monitoring, connectivity, security, and automation of said infrastructure with the portfolio of software applications in operation at the State of Idaho Controller’s Office. They must be able to utilize an Incident Management system to communicate with customers while identifying and resolving highly complex operating problems and provide second-tier technical support to internal staff on a variety of technological questions.

In addition, they will serve as a technical liaison on a variety of project teams where their particular skills may be of use.

Regular Job Functions:

  • Monitor ERP Async job queues and respond to/collaborate on job failures with business teams
  • Apply security best practices and maximum automation to scheduled jobs, performing proactive research, socializing proposals and seeking consensus in business teams
  • Onboard and Offboard employees in a suite of managed software products utilizing a Security Access Request system
  • Work with vendors managing, tracking and remediating ERP support cases
  • Apply and promote Change and Release Management standards in all ERP updates
  • Work with customers and vendors on system integrations, including API and file-based integrations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience with the Infor Cloudsuite/Lawson software suite obtained in the last Five (5) years
  • Solid understanding and experience in Infor Cloudsuite tools such as Job Console, Async Administration, Security Administration, and Process Server Administration
  • Experience with Infor Process Designer client: Concepts and logic
  • Experience working with Windows Server OS at least 2016 or higher
  • Experience with REST API integrations

Desired Skills:

  • AWS job experience or certifications, specifically RDS SQL Server, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, Glue, IAM
  • SFTP/SSH experience
  • XML/JSON
