The Division of Licensing & Certification, is seeking candidates for the position of Technical Records Specialist 3 in the Bureau of Facility Standards office in Boise. The Bureau oversees federal certification and state licensing for healthcare facilities in the State of Idaho.
This position supports the Bureau of Facility Standards and the Bureau Chief. The position will require the candidate to gain intimate knowledge of state and federal rules, regulations, policies and procedures for financial management, contracts, record-keeping, and grants/funding. This includes preparation and monitoring of federal and state records systems and identification and correction of errors. This position will require the candidate to become a subject matter expert in budget, grants, and funding according to federal regulations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) per the state's contract to perform work on behalf of CMS.
