ITD is hiring a Printing Services Coordinator at our Headquarters in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will interface with various internal customers to schedule, proofread, test and print documents for critical department activities. The candidate will be involved in the ordering materials, verifying inventory of daily materials required, and operation of cutting-edge industrial printers and printing software solutions. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:

Oversee daily print shop schedules including scheduling incoming efforts and sending completed efforts.
Manage print shop inventory of paper, envelopes, card stock and other needed supplies for daily operations
Work with shipping and receiving personnel for efficient movement of materials
Communicate with suppliers, and maintenance companies;
Operate industrial printers, cutters, inserters, and other office machinery.
Customer Service focus and meeting needed delivery dates.
Utilization of a P-Card for procuring supplies and reconciliation of invoices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Planning, organizing, and directing a print shop operation
Establishing goals, work procedures and schedules

Good knowledge of:

Graphic design and development capabilities of electronic media using current computer hardware and software
Inventory control
Printing specifications and bidding process

Some knowledge of:

Supervisory practices
Cost accounting
