The Idaho Department of Labor (IDOL) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Financial Technician to join our team, located in downtown Boise. This position will be in our Accounts Payable unit. The Financial Technician will process vendor payments for the department including payments on behalf of programs. This position will be responsible for ensuring payments match control totals, keeping specialized financial records and reconciling the payment register. As a member of the Accounting unit, this position will also perform other accounting and administrative functions as assigned. The ideal candidate has strong financial skills, an analytical approach to problem solving and good organization and time management skills.
