The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Business Analyst. This announcement will be used to fill a classified position located at the DHR Central Office in Boise, ID. This position will have the opportunity to collaborate with our HR teams, who support agencies, and our knowledgeable program managers to develop standardized business procedures and resources, ensuring consistency and providing essential support for HR services.

Lead the charge to streamline processes, create a dynamic HR resource "Hub," and provide guidance to elevate our systems, driving efficiency and innovation for our team.
